He discussed all the advantages, features of several models, and their prices. He encouraged us to drive them get a feeling for what we wanted. When we were still undecided, John said, “No problem. Take your time think about it.” That was in October. Two months and three other dealerships (including another Toyota dealership) later, we came back to John Bernard. We appreciated John’s low-pressure and respectful approach. He was upfront and direct about the prices from the beginning, without making us feel pressured. In the end we got the best vehicle for the best price. The whole experience at this dealership was wonderful. When you go to Acton Toyota you feel like you are really important. Everyone is professional and courteous. Acton Toyota makes going to the Dealership is a pleasure. More

Tomas Revetria is the kind of sales person who really listens to what the customer wants, and delivers on time exactly what has been requested. He made sure we did not leave the dealership without understanding the car from front to back as well as instrument panel and blue tooth functions. I cannot recommend any other car dealership more than Acton Toyota. When I return I hope to find that Tomas is still available as our sales person. He personified excellence. More

Their staff have always been helpful, patient, polite, and efficient and we have always been very pleased several years now... for both our Toyota's. I went in kicking some tires. I did not feel pressured at all. Steve came up to me and asked if I needed some help. I told him I was only looking. He did not seemed disapointed at all. We went on a test drive of a new truck. What a machine. I could not believe how Steve knew so much about trucks. I have been driving trucks since he was probly a kid. He realy impressed me. He answered all my questions and told me what is new and up coming with Toyota. I told him I would be back in a few months when I knew I could buy. He said he would be here and feel free to stop by any time to test drive what ever I wanted to. This was unreal that he still had a smile after 2 hours and no sale. I left that dealer with a new found respect for car salesman. I will be back! Acton Toyota sales are like none other I have experienced. More

Great experience. At 48 yrs old - buying my first car from a dealer :) I hope it lasts and doesn't cost me an arm and a leg to keep up.
