Took my car in for a 20K service. I expected to wait 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Nope - it took 35 minutes - & they were thorough & checked & did everything. I have a Lexus RX350, & I don't go to the dealership because Acton Toyota can do the same things for a lot less money. Their guys are experienced, & they know both brands, Toyota & Lexus. I cant begin to express how much of a pleasure it was doing business with Acton Toyota! I was unfortunately in a situation where my 2 year old car had high mileage and was seriously upside down in value doing business with Acton Toyota! I presented Jim with a nearly impossible challange of finding a way to get me out of my car, and into a new car that my wife could drive so that I could take her 07 4Runner (which we also purchased from Jim) After a few conversations back and forth, Jim finally contacted me with an unbelieveable deal that I thought was too good to be true. With out getting our hopes up, my wife and I walked into the showroom fully expecting to leave dissapointed and still in our old car. Instead, we drove out in a brand new fully loaded Venza AWD. I would recommend Acton Toyota and Jim Piazas to anyone and everyone! Jim's a relaxed low pressure salesperson, who you honestly feel like is actually trying to help you out, not clean you out (like the dealer I bought my old car from) My wife and I will be going back to Acton Toyota the next time we need to purchase a new car or truck. Our entire purchase and new car delivery was very well handled. Each person--reception,sales,business office, and shop staff--were friendly, helpful, and professional. We have no idea whether we got the best price or not but we know that the overall experience could not have been better. Past experiences have caused us to look upon car purchasing as a very unpleasant event. Overbearing sales people, the "let me talk to my manager" routine, the "are you ready to buy" line were absent at Acton Toyota. Mr. Gormley was excellent in all aspects of the process. As a final service to us, we appreciated that he programmed our cell phone to operate through the Bluetooth system. We will certainly return for our service needs.N More
I expressed interest in a vehicle via the website on a Saturday morning. The dealership called me, and I scheduled an appointment to view this car that afternoon. I was met promptly when I arrived. The car I had expressed interest in was cleaned and waiting in front of the show room. I took the car for a test drive, and then proceeded to negotiate a sale price with Kevin. We had a very courteous negotiation, and agreed upon a sale price relatively quickly. I picked the car up on Monday evening (which was Kevin's day off, which he had told me on Saturday), with the understanding the Title would be mailed to me and I could have the car inspected. It had not arrived by Saturday, so when I called Kevin he told me the Title was still at the dealership, so I had to return to Acton/Littleton (I live in Hopkinton) to have the car inspected and pickup the title. Overall, this was a small inconvenience, and I am very happy with the car and my experience with Acton Toyota. More

Gregg makes you feel like he's really working for you (which he is). Takes care of everything so you can focus on getting the vehicle you want. I traded in a pretty new car (didn't care for a minivan, preferred to go back to a truck/SUV), and Greg never questioned my decision/choice. He went with it and got me the vehicle I wanted (a 2011 Toyota 4Runner). Every other salesperson at the 3 other dealerships I visited asked me why I was selling my new car. Does it really matter? Are they there to sell me a car or talk me out of it? I almost walked out of one dealership because the guy kept pressing me on that question. I was test driving Honda, GMC, and Acura, and other Toyota dealers. Gregg was by far the best. I have to say that part of my decision to buy a Toyota was Gregg, because I was leaning towards the Honda Pilot or Acura MDX. Suffice it to say, I will be recommending Gregg to all my friends. Professional, courteous, responsive (to phone and email messages), and just a great guy. Acton Toyota is very lucky to have him. More

Every time I enter Acton Toyota I am greeted with a smile from Susan or the receptionist greeter. When I need service I am greeted promptly with a courteous smile and inquiry as to what I am in need of and then off to one of the fine service coordinators - from Neil Schwartz to Steve Martin. As with any dealership price - you expect to pay a bit more - after all I am not visiting my corner gas station garage - and Acton Toyota in my mind exemplifies what a quality dealership should be - You'd expect this type of superb service from a high end car dealer - but I get every day with my every day car - It is truly a delight to visit Acton Toyota of Littleton. I was met by Shawn on the very first day I wanted to find out about leasing a 2010 Prius. I had visited the web site and showed my interest of trading my 2006 Hyundai. He contacted me the next day. I told him that this was all new to me but I wanted to look at a lease because I only drove about 5000 miles a year. He said this would be perfect for me. I've always wanted a Prius and now I was able to get one that would have been out of reach as a purchase. Well, I love the car and I have to say Shawn had to put up with my emails and call backs. When I told him I wouldn't be able to pick the car up for a couple of days because of taking care of my grandson, he offered to deliver the car to my house and drive back in the trade. Great service.......Look forward to dealing with Acton Toyota again.. More
