I went to Acton Toyota some years ago to have my Toyota car serviced after having a negative experience of another Toyota dealer. I have never been disappointed by their work. It was 9 months before I was sufficiently comfortable with my financial situation to actully start a serious review of the options and features I wanted in a new truck. The salesman was very patient and never pressured me. He always greated me warmly when I was having my car serviced and recalled the details of which vehicle I owned, and which I was considering purchasing. When it came time to look at the numbers he was fully transparent about the dealer cost, and the price they would ask for the vehicle, configured the way I wanted. I included a trade-in vehicle and the valuation was fair and explained to me. All through the process I was never made to feel rushed or ignored. I plan to return to this dealership and this salesman to make future car purchases. More

Obvious at first glance this is a first class operation. Woman greeted us as we entered, politely asked for our name and told us sales person would be available within 15 minutes. Acton Toyota has to be the most professional dealership I have ever worked with, by far. When I arrived there on Friday morning that was a long line of folks to have service done. I chose to wait and the wait area had very good Wireless Internet and a complimentary hot breakfast, both at no charge. There was also an exercize room available though I did not use it. The work was completed, done well and several service recall items were taken care of at the same time. I recieved a call on my cell when my Yaris was ready and it was driven to me to drive away. Getting work done at Acton Toyota always seems like an unexpected pleasure for getting my car repaired. More
