I just want to really say one thing about my experience at Acton Toyota, unbelieveable. I always thought going into a dealership was gonna be long and the people were unhappy, not here. The customer service was great, Shawn and Ben were on top of everything and above all, very happy. I told them exactly what I wanted and they delivered. Even doing all the paper work was a very pleasant experience. They gave me a great prcie on the Toyota Tundra I was looking at and I have not one bad thing to say. Even when I came back on Saturday for an inspection sticker, they were very nice and speedy service, in and out in about 15 minutes. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks for everything!! More
I have bought many cars and been to many dealerships in my life... but these guys by far exceed anything you can conceive. I felt like I was among friends, not animals preying on me... which has almost always been my experience at a dealership. I didn't spend anytime waiting around, but they made me feel like I wanted too, it's so clean, awesome coffee (and I'm from the West Coast, a coffee snob) Wifi room, kids room etc. I was so amazed!!! I told Jack he "walked on water"... he's a real miracle worker, such an incredible person too, truly good to the core. Thank you!! Thank you!! More
I am writing this review because I have not so good experience 2 times in last one year for my vehicle purchase. I have purchased my first vehicle in 2001 and then another one for my relative in 2008 f experience 2 times in last one year for my vehicle purchase. I have purchased my first vehicle in 2001 and then another one for my relative in 2008 from them and they were positive experience. I had not so good experience last two times after they moved to Littleton. Last time I went in Sept 2009 for my Rav4 purchase with third row seat and at that time they were hard to find and they seemed less interested in finding one for me. A number of dealers in area were willing to find one for me. Recently on Sept 30th I went to buy a Prius and the sales rep made a point that it was last day and so he will not play games and offered a price. From other quotes i knew that that price was not competitive and I said the same to sales agent. I wanted to make an offer looking at other competitive price but the sales rep kept asking where i got the quote. I decided to show an advertised price of Boch toyota and they way he handled that was my biggest disappointment. He insisted that Boch toyota advertised price included all rebates including Student rebate and Militry rebate which is a joke because that can't even be combined. Moreover I talked to other dealership and was knowing for sure it didn't include that. I went to Acton toyota because it was close by and i had good experience with them. However sales rep kept pushing his theory and wouldn't even wanted us to make offer. I bought my Prius next day from another dealership for same price which they offered without me even mentioning other quotes. All in all i don't have any issue with not selling us for the price other dealership were willing to sell but the way they handled other dealer's advertised price were disappointing. Also last few times I felt like they want to sell vehicle close to MSRP and if they feel you are aware of prices in area then they are less interested in selling. More
I knew exactly what I wanted in my new car. No other dealership could find it for me. Jim Piazas found it in 5 hours!! It was in their dealership the next day! I had the best experience at Acton Toyota and with my sales person, Tomas Revetria that I have ever had at any auto dealer in the past. Everyone who I came in contact with was outstanding! I was looking for a used Lexus. Their listing on vehix.com included the Carfax history, and their price was on the money for a clean car according to Consumer Reports. It was still worth my while to make the trip, and he had the most recent maintenance record ready my review. With a test drive and a reasonable negotiation, we signed the agreement right then, and the car was ready the next day. Highly recommended. More

Scott Doherty was personable, prompt, professional and committed to his job....he came in to close this deal on his day off and met ever experience. Scott took over for another salesperson and did so willingly even knowing that he would not receive the full commission. We knew what kind of used car we wanted, and he spent considerable time with u willingly even knowing that he would not receive the full commission. We knew what kind of used car we wanted, and he spent considerable time with us showing us the possible models and coming with us to test drive the models. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction, and we had lots. When he didn't know the answer, he immediately found someone who did. The trade-in value of the car was a bit lower than we had hoped, but a printout explained why the deductions were made, and they were valid. The overall experience of buying a car at Acton Toyota was so much better than it had been at other dealerships that we plan to work with Scott again to get our second car. More

Wellington Pereira was very professional and gave my wife and myself space to really thoroughly checkout the 2010 Toyota Venza. He showed alot of patience as we test drove the car 3 times and evaluate the car for hours at a time. He was always upfront and transparent throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about the car's features. He also did a great job listening to our requirements and got us exactly what we asked for instead of trying to push an available product on their lot. The finance department was also good at beating my bank loan rate. What more could you want? Price was good, rate was excellent, car requirements was met/exceeded, and free snacks and coffee/juice while you wait. Acton Toyota and Wellington does not play the usual dealer-games (high pressure sales tactics, bait-switch, not letting you leave, etc.). Overall the buying process was stress-free, no-nonsense, transparent buying experience, and very satisfied with the purchase (we should be since we got exactly what we asked for). Thanks! More
