As usual -- the service was done efficiently and as promised. Sandy did a fantastic job of calling and keeping me apprised of the status, especially when the technician discovered more work was needed promised. This dealership is a great example for excellence in customer service. My positive experience dates back prior to their relocation to Littleton, and I must say that their staff goes far and above of wh customer service. They provide solid advice (and even suggest other options in case repair work is not necessary), I always got an exact quotation of the cost, and reliable time estimate of what it would take to fix my car. I never had to go back and get things reworked. The team is highly competent and was always able to address any technical/mechanical issues, and they ensured with great patience that I understood what what they were planning to do and get a resolution to my car problem. The latter aspect was also emphasized by my wife, who felt treated here - in contrast to many other places - as curtious as any of their male customers. Finally, the staff shows a very natural fiendlyness, is polite and - overall - makes you feel very comfortable. The little breakfast snack they offer while you are waiting is just a nice icing on the cake. Even though I have to go a couple more miles to this particular dealership, it's worth for me. More

I had a great experience working with Tomas Revetria at Acton Toyota. I had contacted 2 other local dealers about leasing a Toyota Prius. I had lots of questions, as we had never leased and we were new to Acton Toyota. I had contacted 2 other local dealers about leasing a Toyota Prius. I had lots of questions, as we had never leased and we were new to Toyotas. Tomas was very patient and prompt with all my inquiries--he actually seemed happy to answer all my detailed questions. It took us a month to make the decision, and during that time he was regular in communications and his emails were always helpful, not annoying. And he kept sweetening the deal with 2 years free service, etc. I appreciated his phone manner--he came across as very honest and seemed to really care about us having good service and believe he had a good product to offer us. We were struggling financially and not quite sure how we could do it, but he was very encouraging. He was very pleasant for us to deal with. I could not say more about him. Thank you!!! More

Thank you Byron and the staff at Acton Toyota of Littleton!!!!! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a bright smile and a "hi how can we help you?" Now mind you, it was 25 mi Littleton!!!!! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a bright smile and a "hi how can we help you?" Now mind you, it was 25 minutes from closing time(they were closing at 8:00PM),my husband and I were exhausted after having worked all day and then drove from Boston and desperately hoping to find the right car after having our recently paid off vehicle totaled in the middle of the night while we were asleep. When we asked to speak with a salesman, Bryon step forward from a crowd of other salesmen and asked how he could help us. We explained we were looking for a pre-owned certified vehicle. He took us around to look at a few vehicles and test drove one (without him sitting in the car with us)for a test drive. We decided to return that Saturday to look at other cars. When we arrived Bryon had a car waiting for us to test drive on our own without him riding with us. That impressed my husband because it meant there was no pressure, we had the freedom to drive the car without someone giving us a sales pitch. After shopping around and comparing dealerships, we decided to return to Acton Toyota to purchase a pre-owned certified Avalon. The car is beautiful. There were some small dings on the car Bryon had the service department to remove it. Through the entire process Byron was very attentive, knowledgeable and patient with us. It was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. We will definitely tell our family and friends about Acton Toyota. Yes, it's a bit of a ride from Boston but it's well worth it for the service and reliable cars they sell. Bryon, Chris and Diane you are the awesome!!!! More
