Immediatley helped by the kind gentleman who writes up the service to be done. He then hands me a voucher for a made to order breakfast in there new cafteria. Told me to enjoy it (which of course I did!!) and not to worry because he would find me when my car was done. This was even better than their Starbucks coffee and fresh Dunkin donuts. 4. Service was finished sooner than their time estimate...which it always is. I was shown exactly what was done and their evaluation... condition of breaks and tires. 5. When I got into my car there a was very cold bottle of water in the cup holder. I loved that! Seems like a small detail, but it's not, especially when it's in the high ninetys. It just shows their attention to detail. I felt very pampered which seems pretty strange. Acton Toyota sets the standard for customer service!! They take great care of my car and me(!!!!). I do recommend them to everyone!!! I love to tell them about my experience there. Everyone is always amazed. More
Acton Toyota has been my primary auto dealer for many years, so I decided to go to them first when I needed to replace my 2001 Camry. At 216K miles, it required a new front exhaust pipe and I decided it years, so I decided to go to them first when I needed to replace my 2001 Camry. At 216K miles, it required a new front exhaust pipe and I decided it wasn't worth doing. I made an appointment to meet with a sales person and borrowed a car from a family member while my Camry sat at the dealer. Meanwhile, I did several hours of research on the 2010 Prius including features & pricing and reviewed recommended approaches to purchasing/negotiating. Scott Vachon was there to greet me when I arrived. Scott was friendly & informal and did a great job of listening to me, prepping me for the test drive and showing me the various Prius models and colors afterwards. It's a complex car and I was impressed with Scott's knowledge of the product and his clear explanations. When it came to price, there were no shenanigans, no games, no gimmicks. The dealership never used my urgent need for a new car as leverage against me. We came to an agreement easily. I felt like I got a good deal. There was none of that slimy feeling I've had in the past at other dealers when I felt badgered, confused or pressured. Scott really extended himself to see that the car was delivered to me in the shortest period of time possible. He handled the work with the Registry and my insurer and made it easy for me. This is one great dealership and Scott is one great sales man! More

I feel confident that my car has been well taken care of especially when the services completed have been explained fully to me. Having the opportunity to use Rewards Points for service is an option I have not taken advantage of yet because the charge for service has been reasonable. I'll wait for a more appropriate time. The accommodations while waiting quite comfortable. Best of all was the wonderful breakfast my first visit and a lovely lunch on this visit. The kitchen food is excellent especially the soup and the staff more than pleasant. More
I have only bought 2 cars through a dealership, this being the second, and while the first wasn't bad by any means, Acton Toyota used car annex by far won out. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, genuine and this contributed to an overall great experience. Bob and Peter were both cheerful, respectfully and unfailingly paitent as I test drove not 1 but 3 05 Highlanders' on the lot over the course of a few days. I also tested out a 4th car as well. There was no pressure from them to rush into anything. Their patient and informativeness is what drew me to stay at the dealership. I had honestly intended to shop around quite a bit, and ended up truly wanting to give my business to Bob & Peter. If you want a great buying experience that isn't pushy or rushed feeling then this is the place, and these are the guys. I have the right car for me, and couldn't be happier. My wife took our 2007 camrey xle for a front end alignment. The service was very friendly and helpful. The car was actually finished faster than promised and, in the meantime, she was given a vouc alignment. The service was very friendly and helpful. I was referred to Acton Toyota and to Wellington P., salesman, by a satisfied customer. I spoke with Wellington two months prior to visiting the dealership. Wellington was patient and answerered all of my questions in a very direct and honest manner. At my unannounced visit to the dealership, I was pleasantly surprised that I was not swarmed by salesmen. I asked for and promptly met with Wellington. Wellington's approach was more as educator than salesman. He did not push me in any particular direction, but instead made suggestions based on my criteria/needs. Wellington didn't only hear what I said, but actually listened! A rear quality indeed! I recommend this dealership, and Wellington inparticular. You will not be sorry! My only suggestion is to be patient with the financing process. Though I was approved instantaneously, the process of signing papers and being offered this warranty or that product was exhausting. The finance manager was a peach and this is not a slam to him just the process itself was too draining in my opinion. More
I purchased my 2002 Camry in January 2008. The car has gone to Acton Toyota exclusively for all service. The service advisors have always answered any questions about required maintainence in a straightforward manner. All work done has been on time and performed correctly. The facility is first class and it is a pleasure to go there. I will strongly recomment Acton Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a car or bring one for service work. More
The only problem is the time it takes to transfer the registration from trade-in to purchaced vehicle. I am not sure if there is anything the dealer can do in this respect, it could be a RMV problem. but registration from trade-in to purchaced vehicle. They do it at the auto inspection station where the "sticker" is printed up on line. This could be done with the auto registration as well. Edward More
