I am giving this rating to Bob and Peter, simply because they truly made my entire experience enjoyable. Prior to my recent purchase of an '04 4Runner, I had bought a 2002 Tacoma in May of '02 (from a deale they truly made my entire experience enjoyable. Prior to my recent purchase of an '04 4Runner, I had bought a 2002 Tacoma in May of '02 (from a dealership in Westboro)w/ 57 miles on it. In my tenure owning my truck I amassed an odemeter reading over 218k. Having said that, I knew Toyota produced quality vehicles prior to this purchase. On Wednesday, June 23rd of this year, I located the 4Runner on line, and sent an email to the Dealership, requesting a test drive. Bob was prompt in his response (Thursday 6/24) to my email, and a meeting was schedule for that Saturday. Bob met me with a genuine handshake and smile, listened to what I was looking for, and simply provided me with options that best fit my needs. There was never a moment where I felt pressure from Bob, felt that he was pushing me to make a purchase a vehicle, or trying to make test drive vehicles that were out of my financial comfort zone. Bob was honest and personable from the begining, which made me feel comfortable, and that is why I proceeded to make my purchase. Once Bob and I discussed what I was looking for, he introduced me to Peter. Like Bob, Peter was personable and honest with me, in negotiating price, and my financing options. At not time, did I feel uncomfortable, or like "just another sale." Peter listened to me and provided me with all of the information, and resources to make the best decision for my purchase. I'm pleased to say that I picked up my "New '04 4Runner" yesterday, and I'm completely pleased with my total vehicle purchasing experience. In fact, I was so satisfied with the experience that I suggested that my wife, who was looking for a vehicle herself, to talk with Bob and Peter. She did, and she is now in the process of signing papers on her "New '05 Highlander." Bob and Peter possess many unteachable traits that make them a valuable asset to your dealershp; communication, personable, knowledge of products, but most importantly...honesty. In closing, I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle, to visit Bob and Peter. In my opinion, they're the type of person you'd invite to your backyard cookout. Sincerely, Brian J. Wow! What a fantastic experience we've had. We found ourselves window shopping for a vehicle about 2 weeks before the actual sale took place. As fate has it, an angel, Scott Vachon, was in your lot and ourselves window shopping for a vehicle about 2 weeks before the actual sale took place. As fate has it, an angel, Scott Vachon, was in your lot and kindly assisted us with questions regarding size comparisons between two comparable SUV's. He even sat in both for demonstration purposes. We made our decision then and there to come and purchase our new vehicle with Scott. We came back on the monday after the holiday. I still had Scotts' card from our first encounter and wanted to deal with him. We made the right decision, and within a short time traded our car for a newer larger one. After a more than unpleasant experience with my previous used car (and it finally just dying), I found myself in need of a newer, dependable, and, if possible 'sporty' new car within my price range. Before my previous car, I owned an '87 Toyota Camry for some time, and remembered how reliable it was (even if after 20 years of a life in the city, and abuse, and falling apart on the outside, it still ran like new.) I decided to return to Toyota and began looking for a Corolla. I live in Littleton, and was aware a new dealer had been built not too long ago in the town, so I gave their website a look. My price range was around $14k, and I knew I could only afford a finance on my vehicle with a monthly payment no higher than $360 (This includes the remaining finance on my last car, that died, which I would plan to use as a trade in). I expected to find a an old beater, or something with 50k+ miles, but this was not the case. Many certified, low mileage vehicles were available within my price range, and it did not take long until I found a 2010 Red Corolla with only 5k miles. I requested a test drive, and very quickly was contacted by Steve Jensen, with an appointment. Steve showed me the car, inside and out, and explained all it's details and features until I understood them. He was very patient, and informative and could not have been more of a pleasure to work with. The car was everything the website suggested it would be, I was not misled at all. Actually, I was surprised to find out MORE great features the car had that I was not aware of. I decided I wanted the car, but was worried because my credit score was not the greatest (Im only 22, so it's not very high). Steve told me he would have a man named Jack Lynde, one of the financial people, look over my purchase, to see if they could meet my needs. Steve kept in touch with me over the weekend, and notified me when to come in. I sat down with Jack, and was more than happy with the outcome. Numbers were adjusted to fit my, and the companies expectations of a fair deal easily, and the whole meeting from start to me driving the car off the lot, felt like a spa day. Speaking of Spas, the Acton Toyota of Littleton's facility is absolutely gorgeous. A wide, beautiful showroom, a free beverage/breakfast area (and no, not just a crummy cup of black coffee in the corner.) Drive-in service area, which when waiting for your car, you can get a free meal upstairs at their own personal cafeteria (Which has great food and lovely staff, by the way). I went into buying a new car expecting to be treated like I didn't know what I was talking about, belittled because I happen to be a younger woman, or given the run around over financing. (All of which, I had been treated with in the past at other less reputable dealers) I was happily surprised to find this was not the case with Acton Toyota of Littleton. They are a very pleasant, helpful and customer-friendly dealer. They really make you feel like they go out of their way to help you. They listen, and take care of your needs and concerns. No run-arounds what-so-ever. Steve Jensen and Jack Lynde were the two people that really made this purchase worthwhile. More

I've been buying vehicles for almost 25 years and this was bar none the best buying experience ever. As a woman buying a new vehicle I have always felt taken advantage of and like any wasn't getting trea was bar none the best buying experience ever. Everyone was courteous, easy to talk to and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. Jim was clearly looking to sell a vehicle but presented me with a variety of options and didn't go for the hard sell on "you have to buy this vehicle", etc. We decided on a vehicle that had about 7,500 miles and had been driven by a district manager. The dealership was very fair in reducing the invoice price based on mileage and prior usage and I was extremely pleased with my trade-in allowance. I expected my trade to be undervalued as that had been my experience with other dealerships in prior car buying experiences. I had done my research and knew what price range my trade should fetch and without me voicing an amount the dealer came in about right in the middle of my expectation on the trade-in value. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to accept the trade-in offer without haggling. Jim continuted to work with me to reach a mutually satisfying price on the vehicle and we bought a beautiful Toyota Venza. The subsequent finalization of the purchase with the the closing agent was as good an experience as with Jim and we purchased an extended warranty and tire warranty for a fair price. More
It's been on the radar since the beginning of this year that we were going to have to replace my 1998 Toyota Corolla. Near the end of June 2010 my Corolla was dying, and who could blame it with 194,744 mil that we were going to have to replace my 1998 Toyota Corolla. Near the end of June 2010 my Corolla was dying, and who could blame it with 194,744 miles on it. So we began researching and decided that a Rav4 fit our needs best. We were looking to purchase a Certified Used Toyota Rav4. We looked and test drove one at a dealership on the North Shore and liked it, but wanted to test drive a Rav4 Limited Edition and Acton Toyota had one. It was a bit of a drive to get there but it was worth it. We got there at 7:55pm, 5 minutes before it closed! Scott Vachon (salesman) walked by us and was willing (and enthusiastic) to show us the Rav4 Limited, not rushing us at all. Scott showed us the car and let us drive it around the building until we were satisfied. We decided not to purchase the Limited but instead continued to research cars.com for a basic (2WD) Rav4. Acton Toyota came up on the search again. We thought we’d be able to get a good deal knowing that the dealership on the North Shore and Acton Toyota had pretty much the same car (+/- 10k miles) and see who would give us the best price. The dealership on the North Shore gave us nothing and weren’t willing to negotiate (or responsive in a timely manner), so we emailed the Acton Toyota Dealership asking what we could get for a 2007 Certified Used Rav4 as close to our ‘magic number.’ The next day the manager, Seanie, called us and we discussed pricing on the phone, and some other options. Acton Toyota gave us the best deal and was worth the extra drive to get there. They allowed us to bring the car to our mechanic on the North Shore (pretty much a 100 mile round trip)! Not to sound cheesy, but they went the extra mile. We did purchase a Rav4 there and they gave us a great trade-in value on my Corolla; they provided us with a free additional electronic key for the car; and gave us new floor mats in the Rav4. I’ve also had a million and one questions since the purchase and have been emailing Scott – and he has been very responsive and timely. I totally, 100% recommend this dealership to sell you a great car and get a great deal...and give you a great experience! More
I am very happy that I switched from IRA to Action Toyota for my service work... I brought my wife’s 2000 Solara and then my 2003 Rav4 to Acton Toyota for routine (5000 mile) service and state inspection a for my service work... IT WAS THE FIRST TIME IN 7 YEARS THAT I WASN'T TOLD THAT TOLD THAT I NEEDED SOMETHING BEYOND WHAT I HAD ORIGINALLY GONE IN FOR... The service was performed well within the time the service advisor said it would be... the staff was professional and friendly from the time you drive in, from the valet, service advisor and even the staff passing through the waiting room who when out of their way to say hello to my dog and point out that there was a bowl of dog teats if my dog wanted one..
