I have been a customer of Acton Toyota since I purchased my 2000 RAV. In that time I have had no problems with either the people that work there, the service or the completed work. On my last inspection and oil change, the technician noticed that my brakes were dangerously bad, although this was an expensive fix, I left it there for the repairs, which were done in just a few hours. It was a hot frustrating day for me and I was pleasantly surprised that there was an ice cold bottle of water waiting in my cup holder when I picked my RAV up. It was a nice touch! More

I have been a customer of Acton Toyota for many years and I am currently driving my 4th or 5th Toyota. I have just taken my 2010 Prius for it's 1st service and I continue to be very satisfied with every aspe I am currently driving my 4th or 5th Toyota. I have just taken my 2010 Prius for it's 1st service and I continue to be very satisfied with every aspect of the service operation. In their new facility the entire operation from drive-in to drive-out is done in a profession, friendly manner leaving me with complete confidence that my car has been maintained in the best possible manner. As a plus, if you arrive for service during the morning or early afternoon you will receive a ticket for a free meal in their excellent cafeteria (which also provides excellent food and very friendly service). More

Steve Jensen, my salesman at Acton Toyota was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was not pushy, like a lot of Car Salesmen I have dealt with in the past. He gave me a great amount of time and made me feel really comfortable about the whole experience. I will definitely go back to Acton Toyota, when I purchase another car in the future and have already referred Steve to a few friends who may be eventually buying a new car. My husband and I were looking for a new car--my first-ever new car--and had done some research online and decided to look at Toyotas. When we arrived at Acton Toyota of Littleton we were greeted by first-ever new car--and had done some research online and decided to look at Toyotas. When we arrived at Acton Toyota of Littleton we were greeted by someone right away, then taken to meet with Ray Schavone. Ray listened as we told him what we were interested in, and soon after we were test-driving a Yaris, and then a Matrix. After test driving those two cars, we were ready to go home and think about our choices, but then we noticed a Scion xD on display and turned around and asked if we could try that as well. Ray said sure thing, and shortly thereafter we were on the road again. My husband and I left armed with brochures for all three vehicles and with answers to all of our questions, which Ray knowledgably answered with a smile. There was no pressure whatsoever, which my husband and I really appreciated. We ended up buying the Scion, and the entire process went absolutely perfectly. Everything was ready for us, and when the time came to discuss payment and other options, it was well after closing and the representative we spoke with still spent all the time we needed answering our questions. I've since had my car in twice for routine service, and the Service Department is also very friendly and knowledgable. Overall, we had a great experience! I would highly recommend Ray Schavone and the staff at Acton Toyota of Littleton. More
Extremely wonderful new car buying experience. I have purchased many new cars and I would say that this was the most memorable one. Tomas was wonderful. our overall experience was excellent. The service area was clean and well maintained. the children's room was perfect for our 16month old. I have had my first experience with the service department... making the appointment was easy and was at my convenience... the initial sign in took less than five minutes.. and the car was ready department... making the appointment was easy and was at my convenience... the initial sign in took less than five minutes.. and the car was ready on time... the sign out was also less than 5 minutes... and i was even able ot use my points... to save some money... the lunch voucher was also a nice touch... I bought my Highlander through Scott Vachon... I was impressed by Scott from the first meeting... He certainly knew his business and was most considerate and thorough getting me the appropriate vehicle.... He called me to keep me informed about where we were.... or where my car was... and was always available to me when i called... and/or returned calls promptly. Seems strange, but dealing with Scott was more like dealing with a son or nephew - I mean, how many car salesmen offer you ideas on diet how to eat healthy? I would recommend Scott to anyone buying a car... and, in fact, I have!!! More
