By far, the best used car buying experience I have ever had. Even though we changed our minds a few times about what we wanted, he followed our weaving course with well targeted suggestions. Jim Amistadi met with me and my two boys, didn't waste anytime getting us the vehicle we were interested in for a test drive. When my husband wanted to test drive the Highlander a few days later, the sales team worked to have it ready just when we wanted and showed great team work since this was Jim's scheduled day off. Again, no pressure, just pure facts and questions answered - a great experience. When we were ready to purchase the Highlander, Jim quickly looked into the options, answered our questions, gave us his opinion with no pressure - just the information we needed to make an informed decision that he respected and acted upon. Jim and the Joe Tosi from Finance stayed late one night to help us get through all the paper work so we could get our new vehicle as soon as possible. With this approach I was willing to proceed forward and not try to further negotiate on price. (I went to three other local Toyota dealerships looking for the same car with the same options and only once did I even quote that I could reference and feel confident that the price reflected what I requested.)
