I had no idea at how well the customer service was going to be at Acton Toyota. We had been car shopping most of the day and found the experience to be exhausting with so many other dealers. At the hesitation of my wife, she was run down, I asked we stop in to Acton Toyota on our way home. We met the sales rep Wellington and asked about three different cars and requested a test drive of each. He was polite, courteous and professional answered all of our questions gave us some material to look over and we left without the mgr being brought in for some last ditch attempt to "close" us that day. We left that afternoon and did some thinking and resturned to purchase a car. the next week. One thing that will always leave an impression on me is the honesty of Wellington. We were trading in a leased vehicle and I thougt I had a buyout figure from the manufacturer. It turned out that the figure was lower and Wellington made us aware of this on his own. Outstanding. In life, communication errors happen and when we showed up to pick up the car, they tought we were coming the next day. But rather than making us come again, they put multiple people on it when we showed up to pick up the car, they tought we were coming the next day. But rather than making us come again, they put multiple people on it asap, and sent us up to their cafe for a free lunch. A cafe in a car dealership? Yes! And the cheeseburger they custom made for me was not McDonnalds - best one I have had in many years. And then the car was done, all repairs as needed and they detailed the inside for us free, using the frequent customer program point as we had requested but, they also gave it a quick wash outside just because. They usually do that. If your dealer does not do that, you should come to Acton Toyota. My last car was a Jeep Grand Cher TSI and I would have to go get it repaired 6 or 7 times and year and I called it my $500 Jeep because every time I took it in, the dealer would say, "bad news, It's going to cost $500 and it (whatever the repair was) is not covered by warranty.
