We were looking to downsize from our larger vehichle and were very interested in the Tacoma. We originally were looking for used but after searching for used decided for the money it would be better to go were very interested in the Tacoma. We went to Acton Toyota on the recommendation of a friend and were told to ask for John Bernard. We did and it was a very pleasant experienace considering we think of car buying as not so pleasant. John was up front and very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were totally satisfied with our decision and purchase. We never felt rushed or pressured. The dealership itself has a very relaxing atmosphere they make you feel very comfortable while waiting for service or even when just browsing. I highly recommend this dealership and John Bernard. We also got the price we were looking for actually we did little better than we thought we would do. All of the people we dealt with were very informative and pleasant. All of our questions were answered and on pick up day John went through the entire vehicle with us explaining all of the features and answering any quesitons we had.
