He dropped us at the RAV4's, gave us an overview, his card and then left us to look at the cars on our own. A few days later after more online checking and before I went to bed, I sent Bob an email asking him what he could do for me. His response was there first thing in the morning. I met with him soon after and "the rest was history". Bob was solicitous, courteaous and never pushy.
