I messed up both my appointment day and how big a service it was (90,000 miles is not just an oil change, whoops). When I showed up at 7:30 am (on the wrong day) Acton Toyota was still able to take our car it was (90,000 miles is not just an oil change, whoops). When I showed up at 7:30 am (on the wrong day) Acton Toyota was still able to take our car, gave me a loaner for the day so I didn't have to spend the day waiting around, kept me up to date with other issues they found during the service and told me the cost to fix. I was very pleased to find that my car is in fine condition. The work performed to prevent future problems with my battery I think is fantastic. The people I spoke with we’re very helpful. I did not speak with anyone in the Sales department but I did look to see the new cars being shown in the showroom and determined my current car fits well in my garage better than most of the cars I saw. The 1992 Camry was my most favorite car size wise and my current 2012 RAV4 is my most favorite car now. The fuel injection cleaning service to pressure clean the fuel injection nozzles and decarbonize the combustion chamber and cylinder valves was done during this visit so I am hoping this helps keep my car in fine condition.
