Steve Jenson and all the service guys especially Chris and Erik was a great help in the Toyota Care mess up when they sent my truck to Rick Auto for repair per toyota's care dispatch mistake. Then I brought it to Action Toyota and they straighten the mess out all except the pending repair cost i incurred at Rick Auto for a blown fan belt.
