I just bought a used 2016 Toyota Rav4 from Steve Kiviat. I am a no nonsense kind of person when I've figured out what I want and Steve was quick to pick up on that! Steve was kind, friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. He didn't pressure me or try to use any sales tactics. When I told him the sale was Cash, there was no hesitation (a lot of other dealers "force" you to finance because they make their money that way), no hassle, no problem. He registered the car for me (very nice during Covid), had it detailed and had a paint peel on the bumper fixed. When I picked up the car, Steve showed me how to used the remote starter and set up my phone to sync with the car - soooo helpful! I can't say enough good things about Steve Kiviat! It was a PLEASURE doing business with him. Acton Toyota is lucky to have him as their salesman!! More

Jack Was The Best Salesman Ever I just purchased a New Prius from Jack Burke, at Acton Toyota. He was so courteous and respectful of my time and did not push me into a Sale at all. Downward trend of dealership After many years of doing business with Acton Toyota, I was not satisfied with my purchase experience. This had nothing to do with the salesperson wh After many years of doing business with Acton Toyota, I was not satisfied with my purchase experience. This had nothing to do with the salesperson who was personable, helpful, and professional in all his actions (see below for more detailed comments). But rather it was underlined by something which I would consider borderline deceptive practice. The car (2020 Rav4 Hybrid) was clearly on your website with a particular set of options, and at a particular price. For my final test drive, there was a hand written addition to the sticker in the rear window of a Lojack system for $795. I expressed clearly on multiple occasions that I did not want such a system, and was somewhat angry about the addition. I was assured of quick recovery if stolen and a reduction in my comprehensive insurance. My personal situation is that I live in a very low vehicle theft location, and the situations when it might be stolen are not conducive to Lojack recovery. Furthermore, initial discussions with my insurance agent lead me to understand there will probably be little or no financial benefit. I plan on sharing this Lojack information with others, including possibly on-line reviews. On the other hand, my sales representative, Jack Burke did an excellent job. From the initial visit he offered a knowledgeable, low key series of interactions. For the initial test drive, he offered to come along if I was interested. This was highly beneficial. He showed many features that I would not have noticed otherwise, and pointed out many driving and performance aspects. He also took considerable time to discuss the car after the drive. I had decided pretty much after this visit that I hoped to purchase the vehicle. He continued to be nothing but profession, patient, and helpful in all subsequent interactions. More

There is a reason why we go there and will continue to go there: Jack Burke and Scott Bristol. During the time when my lease had come due, a family tragedy had struck. Jack and Scott went above and beyond to work with my wife and I to get the old lease returned and start up the new one. Jack also took the time to not only show me the basic functions of the Camry but when I had a more technical question he was not too sure about, he went out of his way to ask someone in the office to come out and assist and between the three of us the got the question answered. If you need to buy or lease a vehicle, they are the people you want to deal with. More
