Purchasing a new vehicle under these circumstances was one of many new experiences for me. Prior positive experience with Acton Toyota led me back for a 2020 RAV4 for the wife. Shawn Gormley (Internet Manager) and Richard Gizzie (Internet Sales Consultant) worked with us to find the right vehicle. Shawn put together a fantastic deal for us with a well discounted new RAV4 AWD XLE Premium (in my wife's 2nd favorite color - white) and very fair trade-in appraisal. Toyota corporate sweetened the deal with a $1500 rebate as well. The wife had wanted a new RAV4 for some time and working along with Shawn & Richard we identified one that met our needs and budget.
