Easy to use and things you would acrtually use or want: wiper blades, car rentals. Sales has been the easiest to deal with, veru little haggling. Use the internest service and you can eapect to obtain the best price around. More

I'm alway comfortable about leaving my car for service at Acton Toyota (I forgive them for moving to Littleton). I feel the service managers and technicians will be thorough in checking out the items due for Acton Toyota (I forgive them for moving to Littleton). I am very grateful for this since I don't know all these things about the car. They are always cooperative and helpful about answering questions and suggesting things that I might have forgotten or overlooked. I thank them for that. The new facility is absolutely beautiful. I remember car repair shops from the 60s and 70s, and by comparison, this one is unbelievable. It's really very efficient the way the cars are moved into the service area. If only rush-hour traffic were so efficient...! More

I have bought 3 new cars from Acton Toyota over the last 20 years and have been taking them in for service during that time. They are very professional and I have always been pleased about the work they hav 20 years and have been taking them in for service during that time. They are very professional and I have always been pleased about the work they have done. Often times I come in without an appointment because some problem has come up and they have always been able to perform the work at that time, and they always seem to have the right parts in stock...very convenient. Their new dealership is amazing and they really go out of their way to accommodate their customers with a very nice waiting area and even a cafeteria that provides a free breakfast or lunch while you wait. I know of no other dealership that does that. If you are looking to buy a Toyota or have your car serviced, I highly recommend Acton Toyota of Littleton. More
I actually enjoy taking my car in for service, because they have comfortable waiting areas, and give you a coupon for free breakfast or lunch in their cafeteria. I hadn't taken advantage of the coupon until this morning, when I had a surprisingly delicious egg and cheese sandwich while I waited for my car to be ready. They also serve complimentary Starbucks coffee, juice, water, and donuts. I know food is not the best way to judge a car dealership, but they certainly go out of their way to make their customers comfortable while they wait, and I appreciate that. Given how swamped they are right now with all the recall repairs, everyone was patient and friendly. More

I can not commend Acton toyota of Littleton enough on their suburb service and friendly, knowledgeable and efficient sales and service staff. I purchased a 2007 Toyota Prius from Norm Wagner in Lanc their suburb service and friendly, knowledgeable and efficient sales and service staff. I purchased a 2007 Toyota Prius from Norm Wagner in Lancaster MA under the pretense of free oil and filter changes for life. Upon my first oil change I learned it was not just a free oil change I had to pay for the 5000 maintenance to get the oil change, which by the 15k check up was $130. This led me to Acton Toyota of Littleton who has a great reputation in the area. My first visit at Acton toyota I was attended in a timely manner and everyone was so friendly you could tell they were passionate about their work. I continue to return now for all my oil changes. The staff is friendly and helpful, I was even offered snacks and a free lunch upstairs while I waited. The waiting area is clean and they have a WiFi room so you can work while you wait. My car was done within the allotted time and they even cleaned my windshield and had a bottle of water and note about possible prius recalls on my passenger seat. I will continue to return to Acton toyota as long as I own my car. I plan on purchasing my next vehicle from them as well. More

I purchased this car at Ira Toyota in Danvers Massachusetts and hav This is only my second time having my 2008 Highlander serviced at Acton Toyota. I purchased this car at Ira Toyota in Danvers Massachusetts and have had all service performed at that dealership. The two service visits at Ira's were not acceptable. The problem was more management style and taking responsibility for the situation. As a long time senior manager in the customer service field of an electronics company, I understood the poor response was not associated with the worker bees, no matter what their title was it was a senior manager issue. I never received a survey from Ira on either occurrence. Acton Toyota employees from the people in the service entrance, Assistant Service Managers, parts people all have an excellent attitude and they take care of you. That is senior management at work. I visited the dealership on 2/10/10 for my 30k service for my 2008 Prius. In addition to the normal service I had multiple questions about the recent information in the news about the 2010 Prius models. for my 2008 Prius. Brian was patient as I went through my few items of concern and explained about the current plan for correction for the 2010 models. I expcted to be there for 2 to 2.5 hours for 30K service and they exceeded my expoectation by having two people service my vehicle and getting me back on the road in 1.5 hours. The service department is dedicated to great customer service and explaining what maintenace was performed at time of check out. I highly reccomend them for service to any Toyota vehicle....and I love my 2008 Prius. More
