They sent me home in a brand new car for a few days until my car was fixed and I brought theirs back. I feel they were up front about the mix-up and Jami handled it like a pro. Other than some of my time, I don't feel like I lost anything and as always they treat you like you are the most important person there. Acura Columbus continues to be my favorite car store. More

Delivery was smooth with them rechecking my trade in for items left behind and knowledgeable introduction to the technical features of the electronics. Time for the (sale)test drive and price negotiation phase was about 1.5 hours and the delivery (paperwork and familiarization) time was a little over an hour. Appreciated delivery occurred inside building and they even made it a little special with a bow on the hood since it was on my birthday. More
