Working at Honda I had an extreme desire to get my hands on our new 2024 Acura Integra Type S. Once announced, I went to Acura Columbus and immediately put a $1,000 deposit down trusting their commitment to on our new 2024 Acura Integra Type S. Once announced, I went to Acura Columbus and immediately put a $1,000 deposit down trusting their commitment to get me a blue, red, or white car. They delivered on their promise in which I was able to get a beautiful Performance Red Pearl at MSRP (unlike many dealerships). The experience was smooth and they have taken care of me every step of the way. Even when a warranty/service issue did not go smooth, they took care of the situation and made sure everything was right. From service to sales, I’m proud they represent Acura/Honda. More

Antonio Gonzalez was my go to guy for this purchase. Within 2-3 minutes of me expressing interest and requesting information he called me. He asked me specifically, what car I wanted and features that were important to me, actually listened to every single detail ONE TIME. Within the hour, I had THE ABSOLUTE best representation of my dream car WITH approval!! He OVER delivered because he went above my expectations on the terms requested! He made the delivery absolutely seamless. He spent the time to make sure I understood all of the technology and features. I was not over sold or hassled with being presented all of the various “warranties” or “protections” per usual. They recommended ONE add on which I saw value in and purchased as a dealership should!! There is really NOTHING that I can think of that could have been better or done differently!! I am in love with my vehicle. I watched this vehicle for literally 2 years and is avail EVERYTHING I hoped it would be. What I didn’t expect or anticipate, was just how easy Antonio made the process of acquiring it. l have no issue recommending them to others and will be returning myself.
