We began our experience with Antonio over the phone from a different state. Antonio stayed in communication with us the full experience. Everyone reading this post please go see Sam and Adam for your next vehicle. Sam is living the Great American Dream. He started working at the dealership in the detail shop because he wanted to be around c your next vehicle. Sam is living the Great American Dream. He started working at the dealership in the detail shop because he wanted to be around cool cars and is now on the sales floor selling. Let's help get this man to management. Sam is passionate and knowledge about the product at the dealership. He is very approachable and easy talk too. He listens to me and my concerns and got me into the right vehicle. Sam also helped me drive the vehicle to my house so I didn't have to make 2 trips. Great to see awesome customer service still exist in today's digital world! Also big shout out to Adam in financing. This man knows his stuff! I came in with a pre approved loan from my bank with an APR I wasn't expecting to be matched. Adam didn't match it he beat it. Make sure you let him tell you about his finance version of a "buffet line"!!!! I never listen to any of the finance products but I found myself actually listening and understanding all the options for my vehicle.. PSA: DO NOT ROLL THE DICE THAT ARE ON HIS DESK AND NEVER BET HIM ON ON THE ROLL YOU WILL LOSE! HA! I know I am no an easy customer and these 2 did a great job today and I would recommend this duo if you are looking for your next vehicle. I had a terrific experience yesterday. Treg called me at 2pm and told me about a loyalty program to get me out of my current lease and a special on a new MDX. I arrived at 5, took the car for a test drive a 2pm and told me about a loyalty program to get me out of my current lease and a special on a new MDX. I arrived at 5, took the car for a test drive and worked with Treg and John and the numbers. The car was prepped and I finished the paperwork with Ian shortly before 7pm. 2 hours and I had my new vehicle. Great customer experience and highly recommended. More
