Excellent purchasing experience I had been shopping on line for several months for an Acura MDX and came across the Acura Columbus website. I selected an MDX I was interested in and I had been shopping on line for several months for an Acura MDX and came across the Acura Columbus website. I selected an MDX I was interested in and sent an E-Mail inquiry. I got a quick reply from Kyle Duncan asking what questions I may have. I gave Kyle my list and he immediately responded with all the information. I was very impressed with this type of service and continued to communicate with Kyle. He continued to fulfill all my requests. I made the 65 mile trip to Acura Columbus and Kyle had the two MDX vehicles side by side for me to review. They had lowered the price on the MDX Advanced vehicle so my wife and I took a test drive in this beautiful vehicle. When we returned we made a very painless deal and all the paper work and process was completed very professionally, several people even stayed over as they had close so we could complete the process. Great job by the whole staff and a special thanks to Kyle for his sincere caring for the customer. More
