As a 'repeat' Acura customer with an expiring lease, I had been comparing prices via the internet. Accomodations at the dealership were excellent, from the big flat-panel TV where we could keep track of football games, to the IPads and coloring stations for the little ones. When it came time to negotiate, Adam was fair on price and after a few extras were included we drove off with our Acura 30 minutes later more than happy with our purchase. I initially came in to take a first hand look at two vehicles that I had seen on the Internet. Steve Ault came out and introduced himself, offering any help I needed. I typically prefer to look at vehicles alone and ask questions if and when I narrow down the choices, but Steve was so low key, genuine and enjoyable to talk to that we focused in on two vehicles and got down to test drives etc. In past vehicle purchases the sales person has been critical to my/ our selection and, frankly, Steve was fantastic. He was honest with tougher questions rather than wearing a sales hat in every case and was THE factor that closed the deal for me/ us. We have bought a great many cars over the years and I would rank my experience with Steve and Acura Columbus as one of the very best. Thanks Steve. More
