Acrua MDX We were greeted by Ray with a warm friendly smile at 7:40 Pm Tuesday evening. Knowing that the dealership closed at 8:00 pm I did not feel rushed. Ray took the time to show us the vehicles' amenities inside and out. I chose to come back and test drive the next day because of his service and the amenities of the MDX. I also liked the fact that Ray followed up the next day with an email thanking us for our visit. After test driving I knew that the MDX was in the top three of the cars I had test driven previously. After test driving the other two cars again, I then Knew it was going to be the MDX. After returning to the dealership to complete the paper work we were greeted by Brian Kerr, the experience again was friendly. Brian Milliser with your finance department made the task enjoyable. Ray then spent time again going over the cars amenities before I drove off the lot. I am excited about driving the Acura MDX and again want to thank Ray and the Acura team for their service! Once a vehicle with the right color and price point available, I was contacted and appointment was arranged in the afternoon to purchase the vehicle. Zack works hard for the customer to find their dream vehicle. Brian helps speeding up the paperwork process by preparing all the documents ahead of time.
