Service attendant, Zach explained the diagnostics to be performed and potential issues i might face if it were more than a burnt out headlight. Zach was not scheduled to be in early the next morning and turned me over to Todd. Todd listened and ensured me that he would be available when i brought the car back in to get service the next morning. Acura Columbus handled this issue with my car very well. I was driven to my office at Polaris by a 22 year veteran of the company. What a pleasant experience. The work effort turned out to be only a a burnt out headlight. John Collins came to the waiting area and explained all of the service that has been done to my car prior to my purchase. Todd came out and kept me in the loop on service needs and timing. And Julie and Joyce at checkout were delightful. Such a refreshingly professional and friendly experience. Kyle Duncan and Derek Watts were equally great to work with when I purchased in October. It was flawless I was met at the valet with a helpful individual who explained what I would need to provide in order to get the loaner car. He walked me to the counter and Amanda in the service center was great. She gave me the details for the estimate and stated that if it was possible to repair the rotors instead of replacing them that's what would happen. Low and behold it was in fact what occurred. When I returned the loaner to pick up my car it was in and out and very quickly. Love the valet for service, makes it very convenient to do before the workday begins!! Thank you More
