Making it "right" I had a serious concern with the cost and thoroughness of a repair done a couple days prior to my most recent visit to Acura Columbus and posted a les I had a serious concern with the cost and thoroughness of a repair done a couple days prior to my most recent visit to Acura Columbus and posted a less than positive review. I was contacted the following day by their operations manager, was able to discuss my dissatisfaction and was invited to return my car and have the problem corrected. A complimentary "loaner" was provided, the repair was corrected and my original cost refunded. Acura Columbus, their service department and management went above and beyond my expectations to address my concern, correct the problem and "made it right." I was very pleased. More

Serious concerns about the quality of the service recieved I question the auto status reports (brake pad lining). On a visit on 7.28.18 the lining measurements for the LF was 6 & RF was 4. On the most recent I question the auto status reports (brake pad lining). On a visit on 7.28.18 the lining measurements for the LF was 6 & RF was 4. On the most recent visit of 9.22.18 the measurement for the LF was 7 & RF was 7. How do brake pads get better over a 2 month period? So my concern is that either I am being mislead in order to just sell me linings or the technician that examined my care was not qualified. Either way...it's a big problem. It's a big safety issue as well as a financial one. I come to the dealership to get good service and this is not that. More
