Good thing I did say something to Joyce... she checked with Todd and it turns out my services WERE covered and I wasn't meant to pay a dime. It might have been an honest mistake, but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way that I was going to pay for something that I wasn't meant to. More
Service Work Contacted dealer for price concerning placement work. Also called, had to rescheduled appointment, came in for service, was not on the list for the rescheduled day. Very thankful for Clayton Prescott for working me in the schedule for that day. The service/tech team went out of their way to make sure things were taken care of: they patiently sifted through my observations/emails/video regarding my concerns and attempted the service, even though they were not able to replicate the problem. Regular service appointment I had a B123 service. Everything about the experience was great. The person on the phone quickly set up a rental car.
