Took my car in on a rainy Saturday morning with no appointment. I was greeted at the door and introduced to Zach Zeune, who went over the service to be provided, the time frame and the cost. Great guy. Quick and easy. I watched the technicians work - on the TV in the lounge while I had a Diet Coke. Finished on time, and Zach went over the paperwork and some items for future action. Checked out with the cashier and on my way. Quick and easy. A big "thanks" to all who made this happen in the time frame I needed - as promised. More

Above and beyond good service I went in to have a recall fixed for my son's recently purchased 2006 RSX. There was a recall on the brake booster having a vacuum leak. It was making a very loud hissing noise and obvious it needed replace. I took it to Lindsay Acura and was told it passed their inspection??? After arguing with them I asked if there was any other Acura dealers in Columbus. They told my Acura Columbus. I called and made an appointment and was treated very well and told them about my experience with Lindsay. They assured me they would help me out. When I dropped the car off they asked me if I would need a loaner car. I told them I would wait since I was an hour from my house. After checking the car in I waited in a very nice waiting area. After a short period, Tim came in and said my car that I had just purchased a few weeks prior, had a salvage title issued on it about a year prior. This was the first I had heard of this. He also said that since it had a salvage title and the recall wasn't a mandatory recall on all vehicles that technically they were under no obligation to repair it. He said he would put me in a loaner car and he would personally contact Acura and ask if they could do the work since there was an obvious vacuum leak. They put me in a brand new MDX to drive home in. Before I was back home he called and said Acura had approved the repair and they would have the part the next day. I returned the RDX the following day after work and picked up the car. Start to finish, I was overwhelmed with how far they exceeded any expectations for what I asked them to do. More
