Very disappointed with the service I’ve been receiving for the past two months from this dealership. From the sells desk to the insurance desk the entire staff mislead me. From one vehicle that wasn’t eve for the past two months from this dealership. From the sells desk to the insurance desk the entire staff mislead me. From one vehicle that wasn’t even a good fit for me, to a faulty vehicle they pulled from a sis location. To make a sale. That vehicle not even a week later (4 days to be exact) has broken down on me. It’s absurd I’ve been treated this way & blown off. Even by the GM Dino there. They tell me to take the car to jeep. Four days after purchase. Wow, is there a such thing as lemon laws? I m disgusted!!!!!!!!!!! More

I was waiting for 2 hours to have my car serviced. When I went to asked my advisor, he said it was coming out of the wash. I decided to pay for my service and wait for it to come out. The young guy who was very attentive in making sure I got my car, found my car was already parked on the side of the service center waiting for me to told to pick it up. O was never told my car was ready and I would probably still be waiting for if I hadn't gone out there to add on the pressure. All while waiting inside to be bothered by not only 1 but 2 salesman to buying a new car after I just bought a 2020. More
