Sales rep and business manager were excellent. They showed great customer service and answered all questions. Only downside was the vehicle had a scratch on the back bumper and it was noticed as w They showed great customer service and answered all questions. Only downside was the vehicle had a scratch on the back bumper and it was noticed as we were getting ready to take the car home. We were told to bring it back the next day and it would be taken care of but it then we were told it can not be removed. This was a lesson learned for my family since this was our first car buying experience. More

I was extremely pleased with the staff at your dealership. This was my first visit as I was previously a customer of the West Palm Beach Acura dealership. I have to say it's RARE to be this plea dealership. This was my first visit as I was previously a customer of the West Palm Beach Acura dealership. I have to say it's RARE to be this pleased after driving 100 miles round trip for just an oil change, but I am! Jonathan in your service department is exceptional and known throughout the country for his NSX abilities. This is what brough me there in the first place, but the service and care I received while there by your ENTIRE staff is what will keep me as a long time customer going forward. In this day and age where a lot of people feel the service industry has collapsed on itself...your dealership is a welcomed experience THANK YOU !!!!! I do apologize as I forgot the name of the gentleman who was my service rep when I arrived, but he was exceptional as well!!! Credit to the dealership and big reason why I shall be returning going forward. (He is the Honda S2000 guy lol) More
