Jan the salesman was absolutely amazing and got me the deal I had in mind before visiting Acura Pembroke. He was very professional, friendly and never pushy which is very important. I also met Gilberto R deal I had in mind before visiting Acura Pembroke. He was very professional, friendly and never pushy which is very important. I also met Gilberto Rivero from the insurance office and he was just awesome, super friendly and knew what he was doing. He got me a very good deal with my insurance If you need insurance, he s the guy for you. The reason why I don’t rate 5 stars is the fact that the whole team in general is absolutely not welcoming: no greeting, no smile when you enter the dealership. I’m sorry but most of the people there doesn’t seem friendly at all at first and they definitely need to work on that. If I hadn’t met Jan first, I would have probably walked away! they definitely became more relax and nicer after the deal was made. Also, I spend almost 7 hours there which was unacceptable waiting for the financial office. I believe my case kept being bumped . The manager came to me to apologize for the wait explaining to me they were down 2 agents in the financial office (vacation) which shouldn’t be my problem. My poor salesman has nothing to do with it and did everything he could to speed up the process. Another thing I m a little bit disappointed with (and has nothing to do with Pembroke dealership) is the fact that I discovered after the car was delivered that the rear deck is NOT included and is part of accessories. I really didn t expect that from Acura. I mean I got a RDX technology package,! Seriously, guys?!?!? That is something Acura should address ! Sounds cheap to me! Overall, I would still recommend Acura Pembroke and would be ready to give a second chance to this dealership. I m very happy with my car so far and met a terrific salesman Jan Gallego and insurer Gilberto Rivero. Definitely go with these guys! You will be in very good hands. More
