I took my 2017 ILX for an oil change and tire rotation no appointment needed, which was great because last time I took my car for service I had to make an appointment because of the covid restrictions. Service representative Frank Penzo took care of me and he was professional, friendly and courteous, listened to what I needed to have done to my vehicle and I was out of the dealer under one hour. I used a savings coupon that the dealer had previously emailed me to have the service done and I saved money. Great dealer and great service, I highly recommend this dealership to have your car serviced. More
