The entire team is amazing! Customer service is above excellent. The only room for improvement I see is: making sure the car is in perfect condition prior to delivery to client. In my case, there were a few items that were off base: the car was somewhat dirty (e.g: roof, rims, ants in the trunk), a tail light needed to be replaced due to wetness inside and the back bumper will also need replacement due to a part not flush and popping out. If it wouldn’t have been 9pm I think we would have noticed these isssues and address them prior to me taking possession of the vehicle. Also, the insurance agent on-site was beyond amazing! More
