Warranty Service Fast & Freindly My battery finally died in my 2018 TLX which happened overnight in my garage at home. The roadside assistance help was fast. 45 minutes after my phone call to RA I got a jump start and was on my way to the dealer. I phoned ahead to let my service manager know I was coming in for service. When I arrived Jordan gave me the information ion being covered under warranty and had me on my way before I could even get back from Publix next store for a grab and go. In all no money spent and I was back at my Miami job in only 2 hours! Nice!! Thank you everyone for helping me out and making an inconvenience an easily fixed and happy experience. More

After my visit for service my Bluetooth stop working, I called for help the service person try to help me but he couldn’t. He told me if I wanted to reset my code they would do it for me at a charge.
