I live 2 hours away, but drive here for great service! I brought our MDX in for a timing belt change and Marco was more than helpful to help us out and gave us a much better price quote over the phone than our nearby dealer. It was worth the drive. Marco stayed in touch every step of the way sending pictures of the items being repaired which is awesome and made us feel comfortable the car was in the right hands. Our nearby dealer wanted $200 more to do the job and every time I go in for service they try to sell me a new car, which I get, but every visit is a bit too much. Marco Pinto always treats us like family, introduced us to the tech that worked on the vehicle and even the general manager Larry stopped in to say hello to my family and ensure everything went well with our service visit. Not once did anyone pressure us to purchase or take a look at a new vehicle. Also, Marco was able to put us in a courtesy loaner vehicle which is awesome to get us around until our car is finished. I mention this because our nearby Acura dealer makes you wait for hours until your car is done, their loaner vehicles are never available, which makes it an inconvenience to go there. I've been coming here for 10+ years so whether you're in for a new car or service your existing car, I would highly recommend Acura of Pembroke Pines. They really treat you like family and everyone you interact with tries to make your day better than when you went in, which is tough to say about most dealerships. More

After deal was completed, signed, & I left with vehicle, the dealership called me the next day asking me to come in. Finance manager said my payment was lowered so I need to resign. He said he didn’t know n the dealership called me the next day asking me to come in. Finance manager said my payment was lowered so I need to resign. He said he didn’t know new amount or why. When I went in, I was told they messed up and was raising my interest rate from .99 to 6.05 and increasing payment from 60-75 months ! More
