Giovanni and the Acura Pines team are the real deal! Coming from a person who cringes at the idea of having to walk into a dealership, Giovanni and the Acura of Pembroke Pines changed my mind. With the end of my lease quickly approaching, I spent three full days in dealerships around the South Florida area. At every other dealer, my keys were taken almost immediately and didn’t reappear until I was fed up (I'm 5 months pregnant and was forced to sit 6-7 hours in a dealership without having the opportunity to leave for food) Other car sales people lied, tried to squeeze every penny they could and worse of all, tried to sell me cars i didn’t want. Giovanni was the complete opposite, very polite, very straightforward, no games, accommodating and best of all gave me options I had never heard of.
