Excellent Service Had a service repair issue regarding a check engine light, tighten fuel cap, and emissions problem. Jordan Ferber was my service advisor (Jordan is al Had a service repair issue regarding a check engine light, tighten fuel cap, and emissions problem. Jordan Ferber was my service advisor (Jordan is also the Service Manager). When I brought my MDX in for service and explained the problem to Jordan, he immediately suspected what the problem was and took ownership of the problem to diagnose and repair the vehicle. He told me exactly how long the repair would take and called me as soon as the vehicle was finished. The problem was exactly as he had diagnosed it to be. Jordan has always been extremely nice, considerate and caring for his customers. More
