The issue with my radio was not resolved. The service representative, Rayon, stated that everything was working as designed. However, I have owned this vehicle for almost two years, and the r The service representative, Rayon, stated that everything was working as designed. However, I have owned this vehicle for almost two years, and the radio worked properly during that time. Since April, the radio has not been functioning as it should. I am disappointed that my concern was not properly addressed or resolved. I would like the service department to take another look at the issue and identify what has changed since April. I expect a thorough diagnosis and a solution to restore the radio to the way it functioned before. More
