The worst service I ever received at a car dealership! I brought my car in for service 3x and still wasn’t able to get the job done I was told my parts needed to be order to come back ( I live 1:45 away! (So they refused to give me a loaner) so I wasted gas each visit. Which the sales rep knew !) they said my part would be in by Monday Feb 16th 2026 I called to double check my schedule time and no one called back. Just a text reminder of the date, on the assumption the part was there Feb 23rd 2026 after 2 hour they told me my car is ready but what I went in for wasn’t completed ! I have made more blank trips to sort my car that initially had a defect day of purchase unfortunately, and no other dealer would take my car because of the 30 days grace period! More

I understand business. he was an outstanding Sale Manager in Sales. He was a Sales Manager person to bring a dealership ACURA in Pembroke Pines to number one and number Two. He could not tell me why he left Pembroke Pines. But I know he will bring the WPB ACURA to number one in Sales. I am sure that's the person.
