I feel if I hadn’t been on top of calling the advisor, I would have been left car-less for a dat and unable to work. I also got charged for maintain as well when I paid for the package to include maintenance. The advisor fixed it but it seemed like a very unorganized experience. The advisor should be the middle person between dealer and clients so communication should be emphasized. More
