Had 2 issues with my vehicle, Made an appointment and brought it in, i was told it would get looked at that day which never did. I called to get an update any they said they need to keep the car to longe brought it in, i was told it would get looked at that day which never did. I called to get an update any they said they need to keep the car to longer so I requested a loaner. I was told no because they didn't have any but I can pick the car back up and they will call me when a loaner was available, that was 3 weeks ago. I fixed 1 of the issues myself but still never got a call back from them. 2nd issue with my car, I called to make an appointment to get it brought in and looked at, they said they where busy at the moment, And they would give me a call back, They requested my contact information which I gave them, It's been a week and I haven't heard from them since bottom line, Their service department sucks. I would definitely recommend a different dealership to purchase lease Or finance a vehicle. More
