Service Manager Jordan was exceptional! I previously brought my car for an ongoing starter problem but the tech was not able to diagnose any problems. I escalated to Jordan on the issue and he took the time to understand the problem and worked with the lead technician to find out what was the issue with my starter. Jordan Ferber is 5/5; Angie at the payment desk is 5/5; and Marco is a 0/5. When I asked Marco if my tires were okay, he only mentioned that the one tire with a plug in it was leaking, but I would just ha and Marco is a 0/5. When I asked Marco if my tires were okay, he only mentioned that the one tire with a plug in it was leaking, but I would just have to keep filling it up with air if I don't want to change the tires now. When I left the dealer on Friday, my vehicle did not feel the same. A tire rotation seemed to have messed up my car. When I returned to the dealer the next day on Saturday, Jordan took immediate care of the situation. He explained to me that he did not feel comfortable me leaving the service center without changing at least one tire. Marco failed to provide me a copy of the diagnostic of the vehicle. I don't even know what I paid $397 for on Friday - I came for an oil change and ended up having to do a tire rotation and whatever else? The explanation was not conveyed clearly from Marco and based on the information Jordan provided, Marco jeopardized my life, which I'm extremely disappointed. This is why I have only dealt with Jordan in the past. The level of trust with anyone else other than Jordan in Service is incredulous. I basically lost more time I could have spent with my family to tend to an issue with my vehicle that should have been taken care of on Friday. More
