We had a very smooth and pleasant experience with everyone that helped us get a new car . We walked in on a very busy Saturday without appointment and were greeted by Kevin . I have been part of the Executive customer family for may year but never been to this location. I was looking for another used MDX and Acura Berlin just posted one online (without pictures). I read the des year but never been to this location. I was looking for another used MDX and Acura Berlin just posted one online (without pictures). I read the description and immediately went there. The Dealership is nice clean and managed well. I took the SUV for a ride, it looked great, low miles and CERTIFIED. I immediately made a deal with Raj and Joe. During the preparation period, Raj kept in contact with me about needed documents for pickup and registration. Although the weather was 10 Degrees, Acura had the car clean and ready to go. the paperwork as-always takes about 30 to 40-minutes, it was efficient and fast. Although, Acura of Berlin is not in my local area, I highly recommend this location. I will be servicing me MDX at another Executive location, Executive Acura of North Haven. More
