Purchase experience was good. Service part a 1 due to the fact we had a small problem with the cap installed on positive terminal of battery. No one there was able to help. This was a simple problem. We called another Acura dealership and they helped right away. Problem solved. Right on the floor at Berlin dealership was our same vehicle, they could have opened the hood and explained what to do! More
