Acura of Berlin’s service center has always been a professionally run operation. On this particular visit I was explained to by the service advisor that he was going out for his lunch break and he wou professionally run operation. On this particular visit I was explained to by the service advisor that he was going out for his lunch break and he would have another employee look out for my work to be done. I noticed my vehicle parked outside looking ready to be picked up and after a half hour I approached the check out window and sure enough, it was ready. I got lost in the shuffle. More
