My experience was awful. My service department representative Gina Battistini does not listen to instructions and struggles communicating. I had a trim piece replaced on the exterior of my car. They replace the trim piece but leave the scratch marks to my paint even though I told them 3 times to buff out the scratches. I ask Gina why it wasn’t done and she has no answer. I had two other issues and that were not fixed. The technician Witold Stopyra is clearly lazy or not good at his job. He sends videos of his examination and they are hard to understand. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place More
