Alex was fantastic! I went in not knowing the model I wanted but explained the features I was looking for which Alex quickly narrowed down to the right car. I fell in lo I went in not knowing the model I wanted but explained the features I was looking for which Alex quickly narrowed down to the right car. I fell in love with an integra a-spec tech but didn’t pull the trigger the same day because I had another car I was looking at and I wanted to give it another test drive to compare and make sure I wanted to move forward with the integra. Unfortunately, shortly after I left the integra I test drove sold. Alex then went on the hunt to find me another one which was hard because at the time they were very limited. He was able to find me one and have it delivered in less than a week. He truly went above and beyond. I also feel like I got a fair price. After I got the car, Alex and Albert Z (didn’t sell me the car but very helpful and tech savvy) sat with me in the car to get everything set up for my liking and showed me how to use all the features and sync up my phone. Albert helped trouble shoot a couple of things to make sure my Appleplay was working properly and he didn’t give up until it was working right. Would highly recommend Alex, Albert, and also Acura of Glendale. More
