Awesome People, Great Price When I walked in the dealership, I was greeted by the owner (how often does that happen, right?). He introduced me to Karine, who took me on a test d When I walked in the dealership, I was greeted by the owner (how often does that happen, right?). He introduced me to Karine, who took me on a test drive of an RDX and expertly answered all of my questions about the car. The grin on my face probably ruined any chance of "hard" bargaining, but thankfully no negotiation was necessary. I was offered a price that was better than any I saw online. My great experience continued 3 days later, when I went back to have some accessories installed. Brad in the service dept. came by the waiting area at least 3 times to keep me posted. When I couldn't decide between black or white side moldings (my RDX is white with black trim), Brad taped black on one side and white on the other so that I would be sure about my choice. I cannot imagine any other dealership doing this. I am a big fan of this dealership and its people. More

Every since my purchase, I have called a few times to ask questions, setup service appointments, and so on. Both the sales and service department not only response back almost immediately, but they actually make sure to explain everything in detail and help me more than I would have expected. Overall, the car I got is amazing, the customer service and reliability from this location is great and I appreciate the professionalism from everyone I have worked with so far. More

For once in all of the car buying or leasing experiences I have gone through over the years, this was one breezy and enjoyable experience! Artur's efficient processing and explaining of the terms and paperwork was like a walk in the park. The excellence of this team did not end there.
