I didn’t have to ask for further discount because the initial offer from them was already lower than any other dealer’s offer. Spent more than the original estimate and I’m grateful. I went to the Acura dealership to get an oil change and was given an estimate of $79 I believe. Walked up to get my usual doughnut and drink and got I went to the Acura dealership to get an oil change and was given an estimate of $79 I believe. Walked up to get my usual doughnut and drink and got a call from Tony telling me that they had checked my brakes and I needed brakes in the back. That they had noted on my record that I needed a flush of both brakes and transmission systems. I asked him two things, how much more would it cost and how long would it take. When he said it would only take another hour, maybe less, I said please go ahead and do it. My bill was over $500. And I was grateful. Because I know that Tony watches my car carefully, no matter why I bring the car to Acura. That means I’m driving as safely as possible. I am always grateful for his care. I can’t say I was happy to have a larger bill but j was definitely grateful. It is this kind of attention to the needs of my car that keep me coming back to Acura. They’re the best. More

Supreme as Always I called in and spoke with Tony to let him know that my car battery was at 5% after getting a jump from AAA. Asked if I could come in to have my batt I called in and spoke with Tony to let him know that my car battery was at 5% after getting a jump from AAA. Asked if I could come in to have my battery replaced, and he accommodated my request without question. I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour, and even received a car wash with tire dressing. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received and am grateful for Tony's knowledge, honesty and kindness. Go Team Acura of Glendale! More

Just when i think the process could not be more effortless, Dwight made it even better. My car lease was coming up and during a crazy busy week for me he offered to bring my new car to me and switch it out.
