Acura of Glendale is the best!!! I leased an ILX 3 years ago and I am back today to trade my car in for a new ILX. I worked with Alton 3 years ago (he was great!!) and now I am workin I leased an ILX 3 years ago and I am back today to trade my car in for a new ILX. I worked with Alton 3 years ago (he was great!!) and now I am working with Dwight who is amazing and fast! I was in and out in less than an hour. They got me an even better deal and my payments are even lower for the same car! Karine helped me learn my way around my new car and also showed me the maintenance department. Spent more than the original estimate and I’m grateful. I went to the Acura dealership to get an oil change and was given an estimate of $79 I believe. Walked up to get my usual doughnut and drink and got I went to the Acura dealership to get an oil change and was given an estimate of $79 I believe. Walked up to get my usual doughnut and drink and got a call from Tony telling me that they had checked my brakes and I needed brakes in the back. That they had noted on my record that I needed a flush of both brakes and transmission systems. I asked him two things, how much more would it cost and how long would it take. When he said it would only take another hour, maybe less, I said please go ahead and do it. My bill was over $500. And I was grateful. Because I know that Tony watches my car carefully, no matter why I bring the car to Acura. That means I’m driving as safely as possible. I am always grateful for his care. I can’t say I was happy to have a larger bill but j was definitely grateful. It is this kind of attention to the needs of my car that keep me coming back to Acura. They’re the best. More
