The new sales associate, Jason, was friendly, enthusiastic, humble and helpful. I appreciated his time and for allowing me to take the vehicle for a test drive. My experience was not as enjoyable when he had to buddy up with another associate. The negotiation process was disappointing as well. I leased the car with a 10K mileage cap but later found out they lowered to 7500 without verbally letting me know. When I inquired after I noticed my bill noting 7500, they said it was lowered to meet my price I was negotiating. If that was so, they should have informed me they would do so during the closing process and signing of docs. More
This was my first Service. I purchased the pre-pay servicing and was absolutely thrilled when Larry saw that on the record. I was preparing for the worst. Mediocre dealership. Sales and service departments are subpar when compared to many other dealerships (including non-luxury/premium brands). Parts department on the other hand always treats me right. All the interactions I’ve had with the parts department have been excellent. They answer their phone, answer questions I have, have excellent staff, and have good prices overall. The service department on the other hand is pretty bad. There are only two service advisors and I can never get my call answered. Multiple calls just to ask for an approximate price for a job were never answered, and it took me weeks just to get an appointment scheduled for my vehicle. Sales is always super pushy to get me to buy a vehicle. I understand that’s the whole point of dealerships (especially the sales department) - to sell cars, but salesmen will constantly push to have you come inside and talk pricing and push for a test drive even if you’re just looking around and aren’t super interested in a particular vehicle. Overall, there’s definitely potential for this dealer to be a very good one, but they’ve got some things to improve. They’ve already got a great parts department (BIG THUMBS UP TO EVERYONE FROM THE PARTS DEPT.) and a nice building, it’s just a matter of improving the sales and service departments and this Acura dealer would be a great one. More
