Colin continues to provide excellent customer support and is very knowledgeable of the various Acura vehicles and it's upgrades with new models. The overall transaction was very efficient and we were able to complete all the paperwork and vehicle review within an hour. Colin helps to streamline the procedure and is extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles Acura sells, as well as competitive models sold by other companies. He instructed us on the new features of the 2018 model we were purchasing as well as reviewed some of the features that had stayed the same or changed only slightly. He was very considerate of our time and willing to spend as much time as we needed to become comfortable with our new MDX. We highly appreciate his level of professionalism, his knowledge of the product, his honesty and integrity, as well as his sincerity and friendliness.
