While the associates at this location are great it is absolutely absurd that there is a 200 fee for JUST a diagnostic to turn lights off. I bring my car to this location to be serviced often and I advise absolutely absurd that there is a 200 fee for JUST a diagnostic to turn lights off. I bring my car to this location to be serviced often and I advised them what was happening and was told that if there was no work ,there would not be a a fee. Well 200 later that was a lie. I'm very disappointed because normally I don't have any issues with this location. More

Be sure to watch financing carefully. We were given a price for the car but price was increased on final paperwork. Very sneaky. Won't do business with them in the future. I have been bringing my car for service since 2015 on a regular basis. This time service was very poor even after making an 8:15am appointment I had to sit for six hrs and left at 2:15pm. They didn’t clean regular basis. This time service was very poor even after making an 8:15am appointment I had to sit for six hrs and left at 2:15pm. They didn’t clean the car, had to send it back still didn’t vacuum the trunk. Service took too long four hrs. just for oil change and fixing rear windshield hose leak. Car washing/sealant took two hrs. still not done properly. Was very disappointed. Have to think twice to bring my car back to your place or not. More
