Do not work with Matt Wickwire, Bridgon, Darrren, etc. I have been there many times to try to close a deal. They have no customer service skills and throw a bottle of water in at you and then after that ar have been there many times to try to close a deal. They have no customer service skills and throw a bottle of water in at you and then after that are aggresive. They do not get the concept or try to get the concept of your living expenses and financial availability they will lie straight to your face and tell you that they are going to try to get you the deal when in fact as soon as they go behind that glass box they are all buddies running your credit and saying none of it counts they do not take in credit history or kelly blue book into consideration they even told me that kelly blue book changes and when i asked when was the last time it changed the guy told me yesterday, the young woman who was trying to at least get me a pretty decent deal was looking like what the hells was going on, like hello don't you know where his financial availability is at why are you pushing him to pay more? Poor girl, They also brought two other gentlemen into the conversation, I was fired up because they wasted my time and because they were being so rude to there employee, i understand she was young but they didn't have to say that she was weak or some rude comment about how she couldnt sell me the car. What kind of dealership goes around and talks to there employees like meat, i tried to come back and it looks like she was not working there anymore good for her then i left cause she was the only i wanted to deal with but they tried to throw another sucker to me and i was like yeah right i am not putting up with this again later. This dealeship is so full of lies that there fakeness shows through as soon as you walk through the door, they take you on a drive but believe me if you get that far everything past that will xxxx you off, can i get you a water it is so fake and cheesy, dont believe these people they rip you off and i cant believe they can sleep at night such arrogance and disrespectful only out to make a buck, More
