We were greeted by kind employee members and a very knowledgeable and also kind sales associate. We toured two models: the RDX and MDX. Both vehicles contained many standard amenities such as a backup camera, heated front seats, sweet-revving V6, and felt appointed with high-class materials such as leather seats and steering wheel, and soft-touch dash. Both Acura vehicles had many similar technological safety and driving-oriented features such as collision mitigation, blind spot monitor, and adaptive cruise control. Overall, our day was well spent at Acura of Wappingers Falls, and we would absolutely consider purchasing a vehicle here in the near future! More
Lied to Don't trade in your vehicle here. I was lied to and told that when they checked the VIN on my car that it was in a previous accident. For that reaso Don't trade in your vehicle here. I ONLY accepted because I thought the car was in a accident with the owner prior to myself. Now my car is being offered for sale by the dealership. I checked the CARFAX they have available for potential buyers to read. AND GUESS WHAT?? The car was NEVER in any accidents. So now I'm still paying on a vehicle that I no longer own ALL because they LIED TO ME! Worst part is, that while I was told this false information I was with a military personnel who was in full uniform. Great way to treat our service members =( More

Our sales person, Luther, was accommodating, friendly, low pressure, and efficient. The vehicle was reconditioned to BEAUTIFUL, BRAND SPANKING NEW CONDITION! The financing department took care of all the Ioan details and got me a terrific rate. Really pleasant people that made me feel comfortable through the whole purchase. Respectful, courteous, kind, and patient. And fast to return phone calls and answer questions. Very pleased. More

I have previously purchased 2 vehicles and have been accustomed to the excellent service that John Alterio and his colleagues give in the service dept. however the SALES DEPT. has excelled leaps and bounds and the new owners have the most efficient, professional and knowledgeable sales team I have seen in 8rs. I didnt wait 2 hrs for a sales rep. as I have done in the past, I was seen as scheduled and VICTOR JR AND VICTOR SR. WE'RE GREAT! I went in with a problem and within a matter of ten minutes they were able to give me two solutions and I walked out with a 2015 tlx. More

Trust and Word don't count as much as Money! Happily it turned out to be black. The car was an 2012 TL with the Advance package. I am from Queens, N.Y. and traveling to Wappingers Falls was a huge trip for me. When I got there Paige told me that my sales associate was going to be Colin Johnson. He showed me the car and we took it out for a short test drive. Afterwards, the pressure was on! I was ok with them running my credit but he insisted that I sign the purchase order. I singed the purchase order and took pictures with my cellphone of all of the fine print. There it states that if I agree with their credit terms that it will be a done deal. Or so I thought. Monday comes alone and I call Collin. He then again insists on me giving him my insurance information. I told him no and that I need him to run my credit as planned . He agreed. I had to call again later that day and Collin informs me of the rate that Wells Fargo gives me. I was happy. I told him that I will be going there on Saturday to finalize everything. I thought that he would honor what was printed on the very document that he had me sign. This is where the disappointment starts. I spoke to him on Thursday;1/29/2015 and assured him that I was going to pick up the car on Saturday; 1/31/2015. A lady goes and puts a deposit down for the same car in the morning and ends up buying my car. We had a gentleman's agreement on the car. He didn't honor it. I wasted my time , my gas, and put more miles on my car all in the effort to complete this deal. Money is all that matters to this dealership. They didn't honor their own printed agreement. I signed their purchase order. I have pictures to prove that with close-ups. I called the sales manager and in the middle of the conversation he hung up on me and didn't even have the common courtesy to call me back. I left him a voice mail but I bet that he didn't call back because of the little shame he felt. If he felt any. If anyone wants to see the pics that I am talking about, I would be more than willing to share. Deal with them at your own risk. More

I dealt with John the service manager and my car was professionally taken care of. The issue was fixed in a timely manner and John and his teams communication was excellent. I received calls at every level of repair including when the repair was completed. My car looked as if it rolled off the showroom floor when I picked it up. The guys had cleaned and detailed it. Can't say enough about Acura of Wappinger service dept, by far the best service dept I have ever been too. More
