Best of the Best I've been to various dealerships for sales and services and I have to admit, Acura of Wappingers Falls has to be the best yet.... The team there believes they are there to serve (Eddie, Joe, and all the rest) I recently went to Service for an oil change. From the time I entered to the time I left, I was treated like being in the Waldorf.. Friendly, accommodating, timely, and with kid gloves..... (only difference is pricing is alot more reasonable, haha) If you want a good experience, please give them a try,,,, Now, I must add, that we also should be nice and friendly.. If we go in and act like we are owed respect, we probably won't get any.. but if we go in with mutual respect, then I guarantee you, you will come out feeling pampered.... ....... More

Quality Service I brought my wife's RDX for tires on 7/25. All of the sevice people will try and assist you immediately. Eddie, Joe, and Neel are always great when I brought my wife's RDX for tires on 7/25. All of the sevice people will try and assist you immediately. Eddie, Joe, and Neel are always great when you arrive. Joe told me that Eddie Egan, who is the service manager by the way, went to help the mechanic put the tires on because one of his mechanics had a bad shoulder. I don't know anywhere else that you will find this kind of quality service and dedication to customer service. I appreciate their efforts everytime I come in. Tire rotation was $26.99 and they gave me $5.00 off. I also wanted roof rails and crossbars installed. I found the website confusing for prices so I called to ask. I was given one price on the phone and a higher price when I dropped the car off. After speaking with the service representative and manager they adjusted the price to less than I could have imagined. Needless to say I was extremely happy with the outcome. I will bring my rdx there in the future for service More
Sales manager Joe Looman worst service ever!! Sales manager JOE LOONMAN has no customer service skills and is a liar !! MUST READ THIS BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS ACURA LOCATION! I lease a 16 RDX an Sales manager JOE LOONMAN has no customer service skills and is a liar !! MUST READ THIS BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS ACURA LOCATION! I lease a 16 RDX and when I purchased my lease I was told by Andrew that everything was covered, only things I was financially responsible for was my gas and car payments. During my oil change last week Eddie from service, might I add is always exceptionally professional kind courteous and respectful, explained that next oil change I will need to replace wipers filters and couple other things. I tried to explain to Eddie that I purchased a maintenance package and should not be paying for anything as I was told at time of purchase. Eddie recommended speaking with sales manager. So I left service and drove up to sales requested to speak to the sales manager. I was greeted by 3 people offered drinks or a seat. I stood waiting for Joe the sales manager who made me wait 20 ministers standing in front of his office while he was talking to a salesman and on his computer. Joe Loonam finally came out and was rude, continued to cut me off when I was explaining what happened during my purchase and during my service appointment. He said he's been in this business for over 20 years and NOBODY ever says that everything in a lease is covered that it's unheard of and basically called me a liar. I told him Andrew is the one who sold me the car and package on December 5th 2015 ... I signed papers in the other office with a heavy set man who might I add did not allow me to read through because he was rushing to get home, the place had closed and I was the last sale of the night, he was summarizing what was on each page and he ALSO mentioned I was only financially responsible for my gas and car payments only. Joe the sales manager continued to imply that nobody ever said this to me and he is not willing to give me this package that I was told I was getting. He began raising his voice and would not let me speak so I stood up and walked out and spoke out loud that he is the liar not me and I will never buy from this Acura location ever again! And I walked out. Joe followed me outside, chasing and yelling my name held My car door open when I tried to close it and was yelling in my face that he was going to sue me for what I just said to him and he is going to have the buyers inside sign affidavits against me because he is going to sue me. I was scared and terrified of what he was going to do to me next. I felt he was going to strike me from his raging anger. Joe Loonam is the worst sales manager I have ever been in contact with. No customer should ever feel threatened for there lives! Highly recommend acura in Middletown! More
Inept Day 1, picked up brand new car, drove directly to service center...navigation did not work. Was told it might just take longer...it didn't! Returned 2 Day 1, picked up brand new car, drove directly to service center...navigation did not work. Was told it might just take longer...it didn't! Returned 2 days later for repair. Was called to retrieve car that same afternoon, Nav. screen now worked, but nav system did not! Oh, and they left greasy mud Inside my new car. Next day they deliver my car, nav. System fixed, with the promise of showroom detailing...they delivered it with the interior covered in white lint and water spots, with the center console damaged, and more stains on the interior. To make up for these errors, they offered a free remote starter...the car came with one. Then they offered any accessory of my choising...none of which I wanted or needed, as the car had all 3 packages. Then they offered a maintenance contract, which I accepted just to try and put this behind me. They agreed to replace the console they damaged, and were to call me the following tuesday, when the part came in. It's now Thursday, and I haven't heard a single word from them. Pity, cause this was their last chance to prove there service center was not Inept, and they have failed miserably! If you must buy an acura, do not buy it here! They talk a good game, but the result is deplorable. More
Best service department of any car I've ever had I've never owned an Acura, but I've owned several Hondas. This dealership is the only place I bring my Hondas to. They never try to upsell me on anything and have always been completely honest with me. They will tell me that something will need replacing or changing within the next few months or so. They even offer me loaner cars even though I didn't buy my cars there. I've been going here for 6 years and I can't imagine it stopping anytime soon. I'm hoping my next car is a TLX from them! One last thing, I even bring them my Mustang for the annual inspection because they're so awesome!! More
